Our service list is a price guide and your appointment cost may vary if additional services/products are used. Our stylists will consult with you on pricing and products so you’re fully aware of our pricing structure.
CANCELATION FEES
We require 48 hours notice for any re-scheduled or cancelled appointments. Failure to provide us with 48 hours notice will result in a fee of 25% of your total appointment value. A fee of 50% of your total appointment will be charged if you cancel within 24 hours or less. These will be charged from the card saved on your file. No-shows will incur a 100% appointment value deduction.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
Due to high demand and limited availability, we require the saving of a credit card on file or payment of a deposit to secure your appointment. If you no-show or do not meet the 48 hour cancellation policy, your deposit will be forfeited or the card on file will be charged the service fee.
Re-do and Rectifications
If you are unhappy with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. we will invite you back to rectify the concern within two weeks of the original service. We do not offer refunds for completed services unless a fault is clearly established.
